On /. I just found a really cool thing, called Coral.
It’s a p2p web-cache, which can be used by appending .nyud.net:8090 to any domain name. (Try http://lillesvin.linux.dk.nuyd.net:8090 for a cached version of this site.)
This great service - provided by New York University - means that even if lillesvin.net itself is down, you can still access the content (or at least most of it) through Coral… How nice is that?
They’ve even made Mozilla plugins, so you won’t have to type .nyud.net:8090 after the URLs you visit. Get them here.
After three days of hard labour, tons of coke (as in “soda”), lakes of coffee and a shitload of cigarettes, Migato Estalo Co. is proud to present… *drumroll* Løgtapir! (Danish, means Onion-tapir in English). A raging disco-track from the creators of “I Lastens Hule Hånd” and “Ost”. Get the new track at http://lillesvin.net/music/ and enjoy!
Comment on it here … and NOW! (But not until you’ve heard it, of course.)
I just hacked together a little RSS generator… Don’t know how well formed the feed is, but it seems to work in Straw, Sage and Snownews. If you happen to stumble upon an RSS aggregator in which the feed doesn’t render correctly (or at least doesn’t seem to), let me know (by mail or in the comments).
The feed is at: http://lillesvin.net/rss/.
I’ve just spent a few minutes hacking together a simple little site for viewing through my mobile - thought I might as well make it publicly available. So direct your phones browser to: http://mob.lillesvin.net.
So far the site features:
If you have any ideas for a feature on the site, you are welcome to mail me your suggestions or post them as a comment to this blog-entry.
Update (Jul. 9, 2007): The mentioned site has been taken down.
Turns out - after a little more testing - that the DynDNSupdate binary for Windows is broken. Sorry… It’s been removed from the site. It’ll be back when I’ve found a solution to the problem.
While you’re waiting for it you could listen a little to some of the music on the site. ;)
