I’ve just got a pair of Soma leather single straps [1]. See also the pictures below. It feels like getting clean underwear after a week of wearing the same. — Which is great.

I guess it would be the same with any new straps. These are in no way special nor elegant. There prime force being that they are cheap but good enough for street riding. — I hope.
