I just took over the Danish translation of Battle for Wesnoth – the old translators had apparently abandoned it. But… In order for the danish translation to make it into Battle for Wesnoth 1.0, then I’ll need to be done by Sep 1, which is impossible as I’m only one guy with one pair of hands, so if there are any danes out there who’d like to help out it’d be greatly appreciated. Just drop me a comment here or send me an email.
Remember, the more the merrier!
Count me in.
Sadly im busy translating the Pac-Man 2D grafic to an audio environment. Best of luck.
steffii.. how is that posible?
Sounds super-interesting, but also super-weird.
I’m not sure yet. – That’s part of the translation: defining the environment.
The latest idea from the brainstorm is a implementation for a third, but symetric, ear in the forhead.
… but it was more an odd steffii’ish way to say i didn’t have the time to help do the traslations. Not only do i only play PacMan (bib-bib) when i ocacinally play computergames, hence have no interesst in BfWT, i allso focus my spare time on total diffrent subjects that relates to audio.
Besides i allso would prefer if madsen spend his time checking out jMax[1], fx on his IRCAM supported Agnula[2] installation. Or pD[3].
- That would rock my tiny world.

Yeah, I bet you would. :-p
Besides, my Agnula sucks even more for making music than my plain Debian did… I might have a low latency, but what good is that when all the apps segfaults and/or run incredibly slow. :(
But in a lot of other aspects Agnula is pretty cool. Everything runs faster than on plain Debian (don’t ask me why)… So I think I’ll stick with Agnula for a while.
Regarding the translation of Wesnoth, then we’re pretty fscking fast at it. We have completed 52% in 4 days! So there’s a pretty good chance that a decent Danish translation will be included in 1.0! :)
Did the translation go allright?
Hmm, no, not really. It’s pretty much stalled. I’m working, so I only have so much time for it. I don’t know what Basher and Jesper are doing though, but I guess they have their reasons.
The first release candidate of Battle for Wesnoth is out now and I’m sad to say that Danish is _not_ included. :(
