New music site (again)
In order to keep things as simple as possible, I’ve re-done the site for my music: http://akm.lillesvin.net. Much love to die stffii for opening my eyes for simple sites. Now the site features an RSS feed for the songs, so you can simply subscribe to the feed and you’ll know when a new song is out.
Enjoy!

Why do you create MP3-files for download?
I thought there was patents and other evilness related to that format. Also I think that you once said that you had far more downloads with the Ogg. Teach the rest of them ;-)

There ARE patents and other evilness related to the mp3 format, but people with iPods can’t play Ogg Vorbis (unless they install Linux on it; http://ipodlinux.org) - also iTunes/Quicktime has its problems with it - the plugin isn’t really reliable nor installed by default. (Why the hell doesn’t Apple try supporting Ogg and Flac?!? Embrace the open standards, dammit!)
If there are any non-proprietary lossy audio formats as widely supported as mp3, then I’d be happy to dump the mp3s, but unfortunately I feel a bit like I need to either sell my music or my soul - and my music means more to me…
