New Track: Kitchop

After 2 years (2 fscking years!) I’ve finally finished the track for the Composition Challenge: Kitchop (MP3, on Google Pages). As you may — or may not — recall, Jesper’s challenge to me was, make a song containing at least three things from your kitchen and you rap … in danish.” My challenge to him was, make a song with real hand-claps (that is, you clap) in it, no drums/drumsamples and at least one instrument must have audible reverb.

Jesper finished his song (The Devil) in, like, 1 week(!), so I guess it’s about time I finished mine. Sorry for the delay, Jesper.

Update (June 19, 2008, 19:10): There were a couple of mixing and compression related problems with the track, so a new (and better) version has been uploaded. If you’ve downloaded the song before this update please re-download it and enjoy even more!

Way! Nice one. And what a wait. Seams worth it. I like the smoke in your kitchen.
